TDMS time based reduction, recommended time?

Hi TDMS Expert;

I am in the process of configuring the 'Time based reduction' method of TDMS. In the package, I am in phase "System Analysis"->"Analyze and specify'from date'".

I have a question, how much is the minimum recommended time for the transfer of data?

One month 1 month, 2 months, 3?

According to the SAP documentation says:

" To ensure that an adequate slice of data is available for transfer, we recommend that you choose a data slice date that lies far enough in the past."

I ask this question because my Customer only wants 1 month of data but I am not sure if when it finishes the correct consistency of data will be guaranteed.
