special characters in RSKC

Hello Friends , I have some bad data coming in the BI System, Like A", # N~ Which i was to allow that to load it to my master Customer 0customer via DTP

so I want to set these special characters in RSKC but stil it is not taking these characters.

I went to RSKC .AND Made the entries in space given like #, !

then executed the program by clicking green check mark and space again beacome empty can u tell where I can check if these entries are taken now in BI 7.0

where does program update the entries.
