Newly replicated Sales org. in not getting display in product?

Dear all,

I replicated Org. Structure From R3 to CRM with prgramme : CRM_ORGMAN_R3_ORGDATA_GENERATE.

I am getting SD Sales Org. Structure in Organization model but when i am creating the product i am not getting Sales organization in Product tab.

Hi Jayesh,

1. Try running the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE.

2. Also regenerate the index for Object type O using report CRM_ORG_INDEX_CREATE.

Also Refer Note 926540 - Missing Organisational units

Jayesh,

If the sales area doesn't show up in COMMPR01, try this trick:

Call the following static method in test mode in SE24 on your CRM system

CL_CRM_ORGMAN_SERVICES=>SALES_AREAS_UPDATE_BUFFER.

This will update the buffer of sales areas on your system.

I updated buffer for sales area as you told but still i am not getting sales area in prouduct.

Pls any body have any idea pls share with us.

Jayesh,

Are these for existing or new materials? In the CRM side, have your maintained all the relevant attributes in org management and marked the organizational unit relevant for determination? Are the tuples for the organization units defined correctly?

If they are existing materials, then do another initial download to get the sales area views to show up.

For us, we realized that we had not maintained Tupel in organizational management (transaction PPOMA_CRM) on the Sales attributes.
