Configuring STD/LTD


I'm trying to configure the following for Short-Term Disability (STD).

1. Salaried employees get 100% of their pay while on STD

2. Hourly employees with less than 5 years of service get 60%

3. Hourly employees with 5 or more years of service get 75%

How can I configure the STD % to be based on ee-subgroup and years of service?
