1 Item in Order, 1 Item in Delivery , Invoice 2 items

Hi All !

I have a sale order which contains 1 line item and my delivery also has 1 line item but when i go to billing its is having 2 line items.

Line item 10 is free of charge

Line Item 20 is the actual from sale order

and don't have any free goods activated also for these materials it is happening for all the materials.

can some body help on this.....

This is very urgent

Hi Naveen

Check the item category in the sale order. If it is changed to "TAX", then in the document flow, it will show "Confirmation of service".

are you sure that the items are coming from the SAME delivery ?

Yes system is picking the right delivery, but it is having 2 line items

10 this line item is having no pricing or conditions its value is net value is 0

11 this is my actual item with values etc.

pls. make this check:

goto in the sales order (VA03)

goto menu: EDIT->DISPLAY RANGE->ALL ITEMS

check if some other item appears !

I am sorry roberto there no other items, but i have noticed something, if i go to the document flow.When i process the delivery if i see the flow it says

Sale order -> outbound delivery -> confirmation of service -> Invoice

In my previous sale order obviously

Sale order -> outbound delivery -> GD goods issue delivery -> invoice

the above is seen in my document flow....if that helps

maybe some user placed a manual item in delivery. check the flow a item level.

No there is no manul item in delivery, i have tried to create a sales cycle.

will there be any impact if you activate LIS for Sales & distribution

After that this problem persists i beleive.

Hi Naveen,

Just check if there are some Service items related to it. As you told in above threads it seems to be so.
