BIApplicationframe and SSO

Hi,

I have created a web dynpro application and want to use it in portal. However when I open the page in Portal that has the dynpro page it requires me to log on to the BW server. It appears that the method of portal user mapping does not work here as the server is being specified in the web dynpro property and not in the iView config. How do I get SSO working in this scenario?
