Extend Field Ref in FB60

I want to extend the Field Ref in FB60. Actually, I block with 16 characters ... Is there any way to extend this Field ?

You can add an extra field (custom) to suit your needs:

This is a standard SAP field and SAP does not suggest changing the standard fields. Check for an enhancement with your ABAPer.
