BOM in MIGO

I want to do an issue movement against Others. Then I want to refer to a BOM, so I know it's possible. The theory says I must enter the BOM in the material short text field. I do this, but an error message appears ....

you have to give the material number only with others(501 /561).you cannot enter anything manually in MIGO.

Thanks for your answer, but I want to do an issue of all materials that belong to a BOM.

Is it possible to refer directly to the BOM number or something like that? Or must I enter all the materials manually?

You need to enter materials manually.

what does it say in page 242 of procurement II, part 1 of 2 , academy TSCM52? Isn´t it possible?

see if you are referring to issuing Materials for a Finished Goods BOM to sub contractor then you can simply issue these materials using mvt type 541 and giving the sub-contracting PO as reference, thus all items in the BOM will automatically be taken with the quantities as required by the BOM.

I hope i understood your question correctly.
