rfc Function module call error in virtual info cube

While calling the function module in ecc from bw in virtual infocube via function module i am getting the following error . I have ensured the rfc destinations between two systems were perfect.

Hi John,

without the code of your custom function module ZSAMP_FM2 it is hard to suggest any solution. I'd suspect that an error occurs in this FM. Do you get an dump in ST22? If yes, can you post details of the dump?
