Upload issue

I tried to upload two files in a question. After the first file, the second file upload did not complete successfully.

I also tried multiple times. I could not reproduce the issue so far.

The upload issue happened when I was creating the below question.

Profile issue

The file size of the image is 100 KB only. Can this be tried in a test environment for reproducing the issue?

I cannot reproduce this issue. could be the second image you try is too large or rejected for any reason?
