We are following Check issue a/c, Check receipt a/c and Main Account. After receipt of statement from bank we have to upload the statement in zfbrs T.Code. Then the clearing documents will be transferred to main account from receipt/issue account. The balance documents which are still in receipt and issue accounts are the reconciliation entries.
My doubt is whether it is correct and we receive nearly 5000 entries every month in bank statement. How to convert the data in to excel file in easy way instead of typing all the entries in excel sheet.
Can any body explain how to do the BRS in ECC 6.
