Pricing condition if condition applies per PO??

Hi,

Points rewarded!

Which condition type can I use if I pay 10 USD per Purchase order?

I can't assign it to a line item. Please describe procedure.

If I use a header contion with 10 USD it adds this 10 USD for each item.

But I only need to pay 10 USD per document and which item is delivered

does not matter.

Regards,

Eric.

HI,

Please use a condition which defined as header condition and also a group condition.

Please let me know if you need any help.

Thanks

Hi Eric

This scenario is NOT POSSIBLE. As per SAP Standard, the pricing condition appears for each line item.

There is no Condition Type, which applies for the entire PO document.

I believe that there is no logic in this scenario and cannot think that a client can have such a requirement.

Pls Revert and Reward

Dear Vijay,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I try to give an example:

1 1 material x 25 Euro

2 1 material y 40 Euro

Handling cost for the total order 10 Euro.

If I assign this 10 Euro to material x and it's not delivered and

only material y is delivered I still need to pay this handling cost.

Best Regards,

Eric.

Hi ERIC

Can u pls provide me what is ur exact scenario. Is this handing cost may be different from PO to PO or different from vendor to vendor. Or it depends on number of items u order. Can u explain the exact reqmt, sothat we can think for a way.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks Ravi for the reaction.

The price can differ from PO to PO and from Vendor to Vendor.

For example : I need per PO to buy a certificate or per PO I need

to pay extra charges like minimum order cost = 10 Euro.

best regards,

Eric.
