No dynamic pegging between batch stock and forecast element in PPDS with shelf life

Hi Experts,

I have unrestricted storage location stock with shelf life expiration date on the 20.10.2016. When I create a forecast manually in PPDS in transaction RRP3 on the 12.10.2016, I expect to see a dynamic pegging with the stock and forecast element but it doesnt create any pegging relationship between them. Can you please advice if I am missing any configuration?
