Add new i/o field in QA11 after entering inspection lot (urgent)

Hello

I want to add one input/output field in QA11 after entering Inspection Lot.I want this input/output field for entering the date(next inspection lot date).

<b>So isit possible.....if yes which specific user-exit will be used and in which screen-no it should be added.</b>
