Hello Experts

I have a doubt in Rebate Agreement. Its very Basic. When we create Condition record, there are two coloumns. One for amount and one for accruals. What that mean

Another thing is when i go for final settlement i m getting error Sales Volume is not Current in this agreement. What to do for that

And last is Why we create manual accruals???

Hi

Accruals is a general reserved amount for the sake of Partial Settlements. If you want to make any partial settlements, then you have to mention either % or Value in that column to post some amount into the Accruals.

If you are getting the error "Sales Volume is not Current " then, you have to run the program SDBONT06 and give your rebate agreement as the input and execute. Then, all the billing documents which are relevant to that particular agreement will be updated and in future, you will not have this error.

Hi

You can use T-code VBOF this will update the rebate agreement and will be ready for settlement
