Looking to capture group of words where it starts with ?

Example

Row 1 :There is ? Moon lighting day. I need only Moon lighting day.

Row 2 : where are u?Now. I need Now

Kindly assist

try this.

=Substr([your object];Pos([your object];"?")+1;Length([your object]))

How do l reference blank? If an object is blank, then..

I tried if([object] = " "; blue; other condition

I didnt get anything. Kindly help. Appreciate!

are you getting blank rows also?

then try isnull or like this.

=if(isnull([Object]) or ([Object="")) then blue else other condition

The first formula u gave below picks: character after ?. What of if l want to pick characters before ?

Substr([your object];Pos([your object];"?")+1;Length([your object]))

Try this.

Substr([your object];1;Pos([your object];"?")-1)

Hi Amit,

l notice that as the formula section words out it include the space after the word. e.g using the formula below u provided to section Look ?

Substr([your object];1;Pos([your object];"?")-1)

Look ? at the moon

I get Look . I include the period so you can see the space after the Look. How do l remove the space. I only need Look

Hi Amit. It's interesting because l l get Loo instead of Look. The formula reduced text but ignored the space. So when l have -1, it's Look with space. With -2 in formula it become Loo
