What exact produce the Report in KM(Knowledge Management)

Please tell me that what exact produce the report in KM, and why it needs in KM.

Hi Varma,

You can use reports to perform evaluations across the system. Some reports also allow you to carry out certain operations. You can either start a report immediately or define a schedule. With a schedule, you can either start a report once at a given time, or start it at regular intervals.

Hi Varma,

You could find all Standard KM reports to the given navigation

System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Management -> Related Topics -> CM Repository Reports

Content Administration -> KM Content -> Toolbox -> Reports

Content Management -> Reports

Apart from these u can create ur own custom report based on ur requirement.
