Please advice me on How to change the Storage location from the Serial number Master records.Requirement is Serial numbers should move from one Storage location to another in a Plant

Do a mvmt-311 SLOC to Sloc transfer and you will be prompted for serial number where you can assign the same
i think you should do transfer posting from sloc to sloc.
