We are restoring ECC6.0 backup in test environment from tape drive through etworker utility

Hi, We are restoring ECC6.0 backup to an test environment through tape backup of production system. We are facing MAC address not determine and E00001 Eithernet error. Please suggest whether it would be a hardware error or some backup utility issue is their or compatiablity issue.
