BP in the Transaction

Hi all,

User created many duplicate business partners (Sold to party).

Client wants to use only few business partners.

Requirement is all the business partner should visible in the system, but those are they don't require for that business partners system should not allow the user to create transactions.

Ex BP name BP No

Reliance 100

Reliance 200

Reliance 300

These three BPs are in the system but client wants use BP 100 only. System should allows the user to create a transaction for the BP 100 only,not for

(200 &300) but when ever they search the BP all three should displayed in the list.

Can any one help me to implement this, it urgent
