2007A - Form data refresh

Hi,

This is actually a two part question:

1. Is there a new SDK Help Centre for 2007 ?

2. I was just wondering if there was a method to refresh the current record beeing displayed in 2007. I am adding Service Call expenses on the fly and would like the screen to refresh and show the data added without doing the whole "Find" workaround.
