CAL with Subscription Package - License expiration

Hello,

we are using the CAL solution "SAP Hybris Marketing and SAP CRM RDS V4" and have bought a Subscription package (until 11/2017). Now we get the message:

"License expiration date: 18.09.2017 (in 14 days)".

What can we do now?

Hello Frank,

The SAP CAL service does not include license key management. So if you'd prefer not to request and install permanent license keys you may terminate your solution instance and create a new one that will come with a fresh temporary license key.

We don't need a permanent license for our testings. Could you extend the temporary license in our CAL-Hybris Marketing instance in the next week?

Hi Frank,

The message means that you ha be not installed a permanent license yet. See the Licenses section in the Getting Started Guide.

The SAP CAL subscription does not bring any SAP product license.
