Invisible fields at ODS

Hello experts,

I have created an ODS and inserted infoobjects like below :

key fields :

K1

K2

0LANGU

Data Fields

D1

0TXTSH

0TXTMD

0TXTLG

Settings :

Automated Quality Status (X)

Auomatic Activate (X)

I extracted data from the source R/3 system.I checked that data was existed at trx RSA3.After successful loading, i checked data package status and saw that it is green and can be reported.

From the context menu of this ODS at trx RSA1 i selected "manage". At selection screen i only saw D1, K1 and K2.At "selection for output" screen i saw only D1, K1 and K2 again and selected these fields, listed data of ODS.However, could not see fields 0LANGU, 0TXTSH, 0TXTMD and 0TXTLG.(Fields are not empty, these fields can not be seen.They are never empty nor filled.)

What is the problem?

Hi Kevser,

Why dont you check in table either SE11 or SE12.

/BIC/AODSNAME00

Check whether your ods get activated with all fields, then go to content and there check at display level. If its wont work please let me know, will tell you one more solution.

Note:If you find mismatch in records then dont worry. Exp: in R/3 1000 records while in BW 750.

Hi,

I saw these fields in related ODS tables and saw their content at trx SE16.

However i could not see them at infoprovider-->manage view.

Because of urgent requirements, i used new data fields begins with Z.Interesting, i could see and select all the fields of this ODS.

Hi

Chose your request, chose the table and chose the table of contents in the header

New screen will open......

Here you have to press selection of output and tick mark all the charecteristics and key figures

In the manage screen, there is option to chose and display all the charecteristics

By default system will display only key figures

change the settings there in the selection of output
