I would like to call the reports using the my c# Asp.net application which is already published in the crystal server 2016. is it possible or not ?

I changed the Tag to BOE SDK.

You do need to download the .NET SDK for CRS from Service Market Place. CR for VS will not connect to CRS/BOE servers.
Your basic work flow is to Query the CMS for the Report, load it and then process it using RAS.
