Can Product Category Questionnaire be sent again for Supplier Registered using ROS in SRM ?

Dear Gurus,

SAP SRM - ROS Implementation

from what I read, a Supplier accesses the self registration form, fills the Data, say selects 1 Prd category and submits the form, enabling him to Sucessfully register.

Immediately a Product Category Questionnaire is sent to him automatically, to which he replies.

Now Buyer reviews it as part of Preselection process and can accept or reject it.

1. So here is my question, if the Buyer is unsatisfied with the Questionnaire or wants to get more Info with regards to the same, could he re-trigger another Questionnaire for the same Product Category to the Supplier, is there a possibility of anything as such ?

2. lets assume, that the Buyer is happy and has accepted the supplier, now is there a Possibility for sending another Questionnaire requesting Banking Information from the Supplier(we need this, as a check needs to be done based on Banking Information) ?

Is that achievable ? Kindly provide your valuable Inputs.

Hello Rakesh,

questionnaire functionality is very basic in ROS, there is no possibility to return the questions for clarification or to send another qualification questionnaire to the supplier. However these are all features which are part of the SAP product Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLC).
