SAP employee (with D-number): how to update my password

Hi,

it seems that I must know my old password to enter a new one. Problem is, since I usually logon with SSO, I don't know my old password for SDN.

I want to logon to SDN from home, hence I need to know a password. How to resolve this?

Hi,

you can use the forgot password functionality (https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/forgotpassword), but in order to do so you must know the hint answer to your hint question. In case you do not remember it any longer please contact sapnetwork@sap.com and request a new password.
