ECC 6.0 Client copy

Hi all

Recently i Loded my system with SAP ECC 6.0 IDES. But Country Setting Screen, Tax procedures ( TAXINN, TAXINJ) are not activated. and also i am facing problem in activating New GL function.

If any body know the solution please share with me .
