Hi
I am trying to find a way where I can default the QCERT_MIGO = YES so that the user don't need to select Yes/No everytime.
When there is no certificate given, user would like to make it to NO.
Is this possible. I have been checking the blogs but evryone talks about the way to have the system ask for YES/NO but not for default.
Is there any user parameter we can set this in also?
Thanks
SK
This is a really, really bad idea. Just saying from a Quality point of view.
If you default in a value, you'll rarely, if ever have anyone go in and select no.
I doubt very much, almost regardless of your industry, if that practice would hold up to any outside auditor. Definitely would not pass in the Pharma, chemical or food industries.
There is no standard way to do this, (because it's a bad idea). You'd have to a modification to the system, to accomplish what you want. Possibly a screen customization.
