UOM in Condition record maintenance

Dear Friends,

One quick suggestion required on Condition type

There is one condition type XPAL which is configured for Pallet discount from vendor based on no of pallets ordered.

In condition records maintenance of the same condition type for condition table ContryVendorMaterial when I maintain the scale of this condition type system purposed base UOM from material master not the unit of measure defined in condition type.

But for other condition tables which are not maintained at material level, system purpose unit of measure defined in condition table.

Reason what I am thinking is since the condition table maintained at material level therefore system is purposing UOM from Material master do you think there could be any other reasons.

or do you have any solution so that system piks UOM from condition type not from Material master
