Cannot connect to data source

SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards Hi, I bought the product with you. I was working on a data model. But when I try to open it, it throws the following error. "Unable to connect to Microsoft Excel. To prevent which data is corrupted, the program must be closed". Would you help me ? Would you have any ".xlf" file repair tools ? Thank you. Machine: Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Office 2010.
