Receipt Printing

Hi Friends,

Can you pl let us know how we can print "Receipt" from SAP to be issued to the Customers for Incoming payment (eg through f-28) from them.

    Hi,

    You can use the correspondence type to print the receipt for the payment received, entered through F-28. { Environment> Correspondence> enter the correspodence type and print}

    Use the Correspondence type SAPP1. You can select the suitable one from T-Code OB77 or you can create your own Receipt format.

    Hello

    Adding further, check if a SAP script can be created with the reciept formatted with logo and other required fields.

    Check with ABAPer if he can trigger the reciept to a print program, upon reciept of the payment.

    Hallo Sir,

    For the specific format of the receipt u have to define layout with abaper and attach it . For document printing issued in past for which no development time is with u u can try this- use tcode f.62 give specific document process it then go to sp02 take the prinout in standard format povided by SAP
