SAP C4C download attachment by OpenLink

Hello,

As my picture show , I found a standard functional that we can download an attachment in OWL view but not TI view

I found its' UIDesigner ,I thought it achieved by OpenLink Event

But I don't know how to concatenate this URL for downloading the attachment(I had tried to concatenate TenantURL with AttachmentFileContentURI,but it didn't run)

Can anyone tell me how to achieve download attachment from OWL not TI .
