Workflow Needs to be trigger from outside SAP

Hi Experts

my requirement is to trigger the travel management workflow. Here some of the employees don't have the SAP User id, when these employees fill a travel request on intranet (Out side SAP) the workflow needs to be trigger automatically.

Can any one help me out in this issue.

Hi,

If they are filling the travel form on internet that is fine but is it creating trip in sap or not then you can trigger WF other wise you have to develope the full WF object and trigger by calling function.

actually they fill the Travel request form on intranet, but we need to trigger the workflow according to that.

yes they are using Travel Mgmt Module, befor that i suggest PR05 only to enter travel request.

But all the employees dont have the user id in SAP to enter the Travel Request.

So, they fill the travel request form on their own intranet, according to that data, we need to trigger Travel Mgmt Workflow in SAP.

Here approvers have SAP User id.

Hi,

you can use object BUS2089 which is for Travel management.

using this to can trigger WF.

Also there is standared WF "WS20000040".

use SAP phone to trigger the workflow in outside.....
