Addon fails

Dear All,

I do not understand that the client can't run the addon from workstation but can run in the server after upgrading SBO patch level from PL 20 to PL 41. When trying to connect the addon, the following system message appears :

1 .restart add-on , 2. log-off company 3. continue working without add on, and then addon can't run

How to solve this problem ? I appreciate your answer. Thanks in advance

Hi..

I face the same problem...

First u remove add on and refresh the company...

next Register addon.if u come same problem check upgrad version...

what is ur using B1 version...Its same means no problem other wise make ur code and design same as clinent using version..

Hi Mark... I think u Update only Server Patch level... Not a client Patch level...

Firstly Uninstall SAP B1 from Yours Client's Machine.. then install again Client with Server defined Patch level... I think You Upgrades only server Patch level not on Client machines...

Hi Mark!

Which SBO version do you use?

Did the Addon run before on the Workstation?

What about updating the Client from the Workstation?
