Email is not getting triggered simple Workflow in SBWP / Email is not rigged when PO is changed

Hi

I have created the simple workflow where need to trigger email in sap inbox when PO is changed.But email is not getting triggered.

I have checked in swel and I can see my workflow getting triggred.

Please find the below screen shot of WF.
