Excise Duty details in MIRO

Hi Gurus !

Good Morning, My client is asking for a message at the time of MIRO , if Excise Duty Credit is not taken at the time of MIGO. ( System should thro a message saying that This is an Excisable Item, but Excise Duty Credit is not taken !)

Is it possible ?
