Will Roadmap for BW/HANA and native HANA merge at some point?

When customer choose Business warehousing in SAP, there is 2 options

1. BW on HANA - A roadmap with latest sign post has BW/4HANA

2. SAP HANA modeling - A roadmap with latest sign post has SAP HANA 2.0. Do both of these Roadmaps merge at some point? If not in near future, then what is the criteria to choice roadmap 1 or 2?

Our long term vision is to bring the two solutions together. Until then we offer customers a choice of BW centric, SQL centric, or mixed approached. The mixed approach gives customers the best of both worlds and should therefore be the preferred option.
