OLAP Connection and Document relationship is NOT visible in CMS database

Hi experts!

I've been exploring the CMS universe, but I've run into some issues:

- I've got an Analysis for Excel file, it has a connection to OLAP, BUT the relationship between the report and the OLAP connection it's nowhere to be seen in the CMS database.

How can I fix this problem?

Regards.

Hi,

I think this will be the case when Workbook's datasource is from a Local System instead of an OLAP Connection from BI Platform.

You should get a warning in Analysis Office when you save a document and there is no corresponding connection in Platform you export to.

Best regards,

Loic

Hi Ana,

This is by design. This is teh reason why you cannot run relationship queries against OLAP connections as compared to Relational connections.

Thanks

No message whatsoever, this connection is from the BI LaunchPad.
