Use SDM to undeploy the webdynpro deployed in your portal.

    1. Login to SDM GUI (.../usr/sap/<SID>/JC../SDM/program/remotegui.bat)

    2. Locate the webdynpro and choose undelpoy

Use the Undeploy option from SDM Tool to remove the ear file created by the WebDynpro Project.
