ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

Hi guys!

I tried to adjust the transparent table

/BIC/B0000441000 - Transfer Structure Application 8U_CUBE

in the SE14

I see the error

"Error in step 5 - see object log and analysis"

in the ST22 I recieved the error mensage

Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

"ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition"

I'm in

SAP_BW 700 0013 SAPKW70013 SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0

ORACLE 10.2.0.2.0
