BGD Work Processes in Status "Running"

hello experts,

we have a backup failure last night , then our regular Bi dataload failed in morning. I check in SM37, ST22,SM21..no logs were there for last night scheduled jobs.

then i looked at SM50..and found all the BGD work processess are in status running....

i did tried to kill them but again it picks a new WP and gets into status running.

Our system is

NW2004s SP12 for Bi7.0

running on Win2003 64 bit.

any suggestion to what we can do to release the BGD work processes.
