Error BP Category during Initial Load of employees

Hi gurus,

I am currently trying to solve the following error during the initial load of employees from SAP ECC6 to SAP CRM:

"Business partner cat. 2 not permitted for BP role BUP003" (error found in transaction SMW01)

The BP category 2 is "Organization", however we need to create the employees with category 1 "Person".

How can I set the BP Category value as 1 during the Initial Load?
