CRM IC alert trigerring late

Hi all,

I have created a Z alert (same like followup) in alert profile which is getting triggered after 20-25 minutes.

I have checked bellow services in SICF, they are all active.

1)crm_ic

2)crm_ic_rt_rep

3)crm_ic_dt_rep

4)crm_ic_f1_bsp

5)sam_sess_queue

6)sam_notifying

7)icf_notify_poll

and there is no delay specified in alert parameter.

Is any other setting needed for immediately triggering the alert.
