maintain three different prices for an article - retail

Hi All

I need to maintain three different prices for an article like MRP, Best Buy Price & Special Price. This article is sold at MRP, sometimes we give discount say 20% it comes as special price, sometimes we give discount say 50% it comes as best buy. How & where to maintain these prices.

Also we want a report at site level showing articles for MRP / articles for best buy price / articles for special price along with quantity, so that we can see how many articles are in stock at MRP/best buy/special price.

How to make it possible.
