Hi Yasar,

If it's for a particular account group use [OBD2] else you could use [SHD0].

    Regards

    Hi

If its Customer Master You can use OBD2 If its fields in documents then you can either use Transaction variant SHD0 or user exits.

To find more on this Make a search on Sdn there are good stuff.

    Hi Yasar,

While creating customer master records. first you have to create account group like 0001 sold to, 0002 ship to etc. in financial accounting. these account group controls the fields and views in the master data maintainance.

path for the creation of Account group is SPRO>>FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING>> ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLES AND PAYBLE >>>CUSTOMER ACCOUNT>>> MASTER DATA>>>PREPARATION FOR CREATING MASTER DATA>>>>DEFINE ACCOUNT GROUP WITH SCREEN LAYOUT In this you will come across the 0001- sold to part >>> go to details >>> you will get General data, company code data, and sales area data. if you double click on the each you will get the table with fields and four radio buttons depicting --- Suppress, Optional, Required, and display. for mandatory field keep radio button Required entry as active.

In business process you have to define and assigne the INCOMPLETE PROCEDURE and mention the required field entry accordingly.

Hope will help and reward if helps.

    regards

    Manoj
