Historical Data Load without deleting intialization, and requires delta

Hi All,

I have Data targets (1 ODS & 1 Cube) use the standard datasource 2LIS_03_BF and are updating with daily deltas. Intialization with Data transfer was defined earlier and now we have daily deltas.All historical data got loaded, and present we have daily deltas running.

Now I enhanced(added 10 fields) to standard datasource 2LIS_03_BF .

Need all historical data to be loaded to this new ODS , and needs Daily Delta Updates. Can I load the historical data without deleting earlier defined Intialization, if so how?

Hi Ravindra,

If you have a way to derive these values only once in the UR, you can follow the following method. Create an export DS from the ODS, create URs mapping only the key fields and the enhanced fields. Do a full load. The existing data will have these fields populated. Afterwarsd, your regular logic should take care of filling these fields in the new records. Hope this helps.

1st do one full repairrequest upto ODS level (for histery data) and pull to cube make the compress (proper marker method)
