i got a error when i connect a company database,,,i tried a lot but didn't get sucess

This error is due to "invalid access to memory location"
Just remove the SM_OBS_DLL folder from the Local Settings Temporal folder(C:\Documents and Settings\ USUARIO \Local Settings\Temp) in Windows.
