Prd Order number ranges as per User desire

Dear PP Gurus,

During manual PO creation, number range is assigned internally or externally. In my case it is external assignment. In that i want the PO no in terms of 5 increment that means like 5,10,15,20...

Is there any possible? If yes pls throw some light on this.

Sorry for the inconvenience.This is internal assignment.During order creation system automatically takes like that.

You have to go for Z development,

That development has to work by the following logic

1)Take the last number eg.xxxx01 assigned for the specific order type eg.PP01, add 5 to that

2) Result Number xxxx06

3) Call transaction CO01

4) Enter the xxxx06 inside order field and it has to complete its work

then end user has to take care of entering other details like Material number,....
