Tcode CAT2

hi all,

i am facing a peculiar problem while running CAT2.

profile - self

activity type - ac802

rec. cost center- c010101

some data in hours fields.......

when i try to save the data it says " enter activity type in conjunction with Cost center" inspite of me giving the activity type.

Is it something to do with Cost center category?

I have arrived to the solution that is the cost center category of activity type and cost center need to be same ( and also both of these need to be same with cost center category of cost center appearing in header record).

Can we save an entry without giving an activity type?

when i tried to do that it gave error msg as " enter a sender".

and i cud not find a sender field in whole screen.....

where do enter a sender?

also, plz lemme knw how to save data when we have Order no. for an employee instead of cost center....

help will be definitely rewarded....

    Hi Preeti,

I understand that you can do it in PPOME and after selecting the particular object, you can go to Cost Distribution tab, where you can maintain the data related to cost centre and order no. etc.
