Guided procedure GP with Adobe Interactive Form

Hello everybody,

I am trying to create a Guided Procedure for a custom Interactive Form (copy of standard one). In the step: Creating a callable object, you need to provide the form template, a XDP file.

I've been looking for quite a while now but I don't know where I should go to download the XDP file or to generate it?
